The Site is operated by Francine Vieira, a licensed Florida real estate professional (License #3421634), acting through XDWell Real Estate, 323 Sunny Isles Blvd. suite 700, Sunny Isles, FL 33160. References to "we," "us," and "our" mean Francine Vieira and XDWell Real Estate.

Information you give us directly. When you submit a contact form, request information about a property, register to search listings, save a search, or subscribe to updates, we may collect:

Property preferences, budget, timeline, and search criteria

Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site, we and our service providers may automatically collect:

Withdrawing marketing consent does not prevent us from contacting you about a transaction already in progress.

XDWell Real Estate, the brokerage through which real estate services are provided
Service providers who operate the Site, host data, send email, or provide analytics and advertising services, under obligations to protect the information
Transaction participants, only when relevant to a transaction you have chosen to pursue — for example, a title company, a closing agent, or a mortgage loan originator you have asked to be introduced to
Multiple Listing Services and real estate boards, as required by their rules and by our professional obligations
Legal and regulatory authorities, when required by law, court order, or a government or licensing authority

We do not sell your personal information.

6. International Visitors and Data Transfers

The Site is operated from the United States and information collected through it is stored and processed in the United States.

If you are located in Brazil, the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or another jurisdiction with data protection laws, please be aware that your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those of your country. By using the Site and submitting your information, you consent to that transfer.
